1. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old and legally permitted to participate in real-money prediction games in your jurisdiction. By creating an account you confirm both conditions.

2. Your account

You are responsible for safeguarding your password and one-time codes. One account per person. Duplicate, automated or fraudulent accounts may be suspended and balances reviewed.

3. Gameplay

Colour prediction outcomes are random. Betting closes at the server-authoritative cutoff. Bets cannot be cancelled once accepted. Payout rules are published on the game rules page and may be updated for future rounds.

4. Wallet and blockchain

Deposits are credited only after verified on-chain USDT BEP20 transfers reach the configured confirmation threshold. Withdrawals are reviewed and broadcast through secure external signing infrastructure. Network fees and platform fees are disclosed before confirmation.

5. Referral programme

Commissions are conditional, activity-based rewards. They are not investment returns, are not guaranteed, and may be reversed where the underlying transaction is invalid, reversed or fraudulent.

6. Responsible play

Set limits and self-exclude if needed. Never wager money you cannot afford to lose. We may restrict accounts showing harmful play patterns.

7. Limitation

The service is provided on an “as available” basis. To the extent permitted by law, liability is limited to the balance held in your wallet.
